hi everyone .. well .. lec 3 of Rheumatology of RA was written mostly from the book ..... but this addition below is related to the Dr. slides .... so he may asks about it or not ...
and sorry if we bothered u yours Ali Rasheed Classification of progression of rheumatoid arthritis Stage I, Early 1. No destructive changes on radiographs 2. May have radiographic evidence of osteoporosis Stage II, Moderate 1. Radiographic evidence of osteoporosis; may have slight subchondral, bone or cartilage destruction 2. No joint deformities; limitation of joint mobility may be present 3. Adjacent muscle atrophy 4. Nodules and tenosynovitis may be present Stage III, Severe 1. Radiographic evidence of osteoporosis as well as cartilage and bone destruction 2. Joint deformity without ankylosis 3. Extensive muscle atrophy 4. Nodules and tenosynovitis may be present Stage IV, Terminal 1. Fibrous or bony ankylosis 2. Criteria of stage III Radiographic features of rheumatoid arthritis 1 Periarticular soft-tissue swelling 2 Juxtaarticular osteopenia 3 Marginal erosions 4 Joint-space narrowing 5 Symmetric involvement 6 Deformities in advanced disease |

and about Dr sami .. he gave us six lec ... the lec no. five about gout and it is in the madeena estinsakh now.. as i think ... read well see u |

well .. about how many rheumatology lec we have .... hmmm .. look
we have 6 lec for Dr Sami salman .... and another 6 for Dr 6ala ... much mooo ? and by the way ... Dr. sami will put the questions of his and Dr. talal lectures .. but Dr. sami took Dr. talal lectures to see the subjects and put the questions from it as he said ... of course these lec u'll get it from the estinsakh .. its the same. i went today and put these lec in the secretary for the Dr. .. suppose he'll take it ... that all what i know indeed ... but nothing nothing sure 100% .. dont depend alot on my talk plzzzz yalla .. hope u'll do well in all the exams ... |
