Men Dream In Black And White, Women In Colour, Is your experience any different?

Please let us know if your dreams are black and white or coloured. Needless to say, we will be interested to know whether you are a male or female too.

I've never read or heard about this as a fact anywhere.

It is MY theory.

Am I right or wrong?

I am sure someone else has thought of it in the past.

I am yet to find a man or a woman who tells me that they dream otherwise.

What strikes me is how many people are unaware of this fact.

Women assume that men also dream in colour, and men are surprised when they discover that women dream in colour.

First of all let me say welcome to this forum.. It's really interesting subject .. and It's funny that I never thought of it before actually , I think I dream in colours but Im not sure coz like I said I never thought of it .. I usually forget my dream the minute I woke up..
I'll try to pay more attention next time
and ofcourse Im female as you can tell by the name

Well, i think my dreams are colored or at least that's what i remember from the few ones i had.., most of the time, i don't actually remember dreaming !!! hehehe ..
oh & by the way am a girl (as my name may imply both )

So far, from our current huge study sample grand total of 4 people (2 females + 2 males):
The theory is still valid.

i.e.,

ONLY FEMALES DREAM IN COLOUR!

Well I'm a male and my dreams are mainly coloured ,However sometimes I have white and black dreams .

I'm not sure whether my dreams are in black or white or color! I think the dream, or maybe just mine, is an experience that you live rather than something you watch or see. I've never paid attention to the colors because I assume they're normal, which makes them normal colored I guess.

Here is another thought for you: do blind people get dreams? and if so, are they in color or black-and-white?
