i saw this x-ray somewhere and i was wondering if u can help witht he diagnosis:
A 56-year-old woman with a medical history notable for epilepsy, scoliosis, and chronic constipation presented with shortness of breath and cough, which she reported having had for the past 10 days. A chest radiograph was obtained. Her medications consisted of phenytoin, tegaserod, fluticasone–salmeterol, and an albuterol inhaler. What is the diagnosis? Attached Image  |

what i can see is tracheal shift air under diaphragm where is the cardic shadow!!! so far , i dont know? waiting for your answers |
