pregnant woman in her 4th month with severe vomiting when she was presented her doctor made an ECG for her there was ST segment depression..what is ur Dx for ECG changes????

well, if the same patient developed jaundice after 2 weeks of severe vomiting..what would be the possible cause?

i think it is not HELLP cause the patient is pregnant for 4 months only... and pre -eclampsia MAINly occurs after 20 weeks .. unless there's molar gestation.... as i remember
