Findings of consolidation, pneumonia would be it but i was expecting a history of fever to go with it.

oh my godness......
yesterday I couldnt sleep because I could not believe it is simple case of pneumonia

first_the aim of any case is to switch our mind on ...so we can think in all possibilities even the simple one...
many of us give wronge Dx because they dont put the simple DDX in their mind

second..pneumonia can wear 10 masks ...so it isnt simple as u think..
may be its common ..but it can be difficult when it wear arare mask..
