A 25-year old sexually active female...presented with upper right quadrant pain of 2 days duration...she revealed a 2 weeks history of lower abdominal pain, foul vaginal discharge, dysuria and painful intercourse...
on examination there was upper right quadrant tenderness and a positive cervical motion tenderness, and no fever... laboratory tests showed: elevated WBC, ESR and also elevated liver enzymes... what is the possible diagnosis??? |
