Hi Dear Sarah,
wish u all luck in ur coming exams , i saw ur questions and i see that they are the same ones we're always being asked in interviews always plus they also ask alot about causes of ascites regarding the causes of right iliac fossa mass: i know some such as : most common -crohn's disease -appendicular mass -PID -diverticular disease -TB -lymphoma -ectopic pregnancy Causes of ascites are also v important in medecine exams..there's a small book ,slightly bigger than "ECG made easy" cute one with differential diagnosis frequently asked bydoctors "called differencial diagnosis":P, i think it would be of benefit for u .. good luck dear>:D< |
