What The Hell, another face of the fiasco

I was browing the IMED-ECFMG website just to see the updates and just for the fun of it I searched for medical schools in Afghanistan !!
I found out they have 5 medical schools accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). But wait that's not the shocking part.
One of those 5 medical schools has a website in English !!!!
Yes my friends here see yourselves Kabul Medical University

Then, I discovered there was an accredited medical school in Palestine (Palestinian Authority). Not to be confused with Israeli medical schools this one is direcetd by the Palestinian Government and guess what it also has a website in English. Here check for yoursleves AlQuds University

So after all this, I checked Iraqi Medical Schools and as I already know we have 12 accredited ones. But none of them has a website !!!!
Isn't that just pathetic? shameful? embarrassing?
This is the sort of stuff Dr. Ali Saqban was talking about. This is what degraded our college and other Iraqi Educational Institutes

And don't tell me they have no money or whatever that's bullshit.. We're way better than Afghanistan, or at least we should be. That's for sure

Unluckily what you said is true...
but one year before our college used to have a website along with the general website of Baghdad University.
But,before a while ago,when I was trying to access the website,I found it totally closed,an replaced by another website on the same hoster.
and when I enquired about it , I was told that those websites our colleges dealt with are commercial,and after one year if they delay the fees the hoster,abolish their account.
More over,I met here in Kuwait one of the graduated doctors of dentistery college,and he told me that his deanery cancelled the account for some of money...
and you know how much was it ?????
you will never gonna believe it ever ever ....
Its was only 50 bucks ....

The point isn't how much money, time, or effort it takes to creat a website and maintain it.
The point is that an Afghani and a Palestinian medcial school did it and none of Iraq's 12 Medical Schools did !!
I think this mere fact colossally belittles our college

The site for the Kabul Medical University is really nice. I think we have much more important stuff to spend money on, or that's what the people in charge think
