Clean Up Ur Pc, simple steps

Dear All,

All of us sometimes may face some kind of slowness in their PCs especially after using the Internet.Probably because of sharing that you may have no clue about,or may be due to malcious or malwares,or trojans or simply due to Viruses.

Hereunder are some simple steps to clean up ur PC after using the net,and before shutting down the PC,shall we :

1. go to Start buttom and press it.
2. choose Run.
3. type the following " prefetch " .
4. Press ok.
5. Now you will see a page full of small programs , mark them all and press Delete buttom.
6. then after , do the same steps from step 2 but now type the following " temp%00temp " and proceed as the rest.
7. now do as step 2 but type the following " dllcache% " and continue.
8. After you finish all these steps above,go to the recycle bin and delete whatever you find.
9. Optional step : after deleting from the recycle bin you can do Disk Defragment or may not its up to you.

Try it fellows and im ready to hear from you for any further info.
