A healthy 28-year-old woman presented with a 1-year history of high blood pressure, which had been diagnosed during her first pregnancy and treated with amiloride and hydrochlorothiazide. Physical examination revealed a blood pressure of 200/100 mm Hg. She reported having no chest pain, shortness of breath, or headache. Radiography of the chest was performed.

What is the diagnosis?

Hereunder attached the CXR examine it.

Good Luck

Dear Dr. The knight ..
Although your case has no enough information ..
But; It goes with either :
1- Coarctation Of Aorta ( COA) ..
Because it considered as one of the causes of Secondary Hypertension, & on CXR there is Rib Notching ( white arrows ) ..

or
2- Aortic Valve Stenosis ( AS ) ..
Because there is Post-Stenotic Dilatation of the Aorta ( black arrows ) ..

My Dx mostly goes with Coarctation Of Aorta ( COA), because the patient is young & hypertensive ..

Thanx for sharing ..

Impressive
Really impressive its COA ( Coarctation of Aorta ),
I know I omitted some info. to make lil bit challenging, bcuz if I told u that she has Radio - Femoral Delay or High BP in arm then you absolutely will laugh.

Keep on that marvelous work.
