Hey brothers & sisters, how is it going?
5 years ago, in the practical exam of biology, I had an experiment that I'd like to share with you... You may not be familiar with spots exams, the (Move) exams. Well, in the practical exam they place microscopes and papers on the benches, and give you time (around a minute) for each spot to identify and answer a question or two., then they say "Move" and u move to the other spot. Anyway, there was a paper, a picture of the electronic microscope view of the cell, pointing at the Golgi apparatus, the question was: "identify", and so I did. The next spot was a light microscope view of the cell, pointing on what could've been a golgi apparatus or a mitochondria, but I chose golgi as I was almost sure it is. But this spot had another question, which was "compare with the organelle of the previous spot", so I thought I must have made a mistake, and changed to mitochondria, coz I have to make a small comparison; there isn't much to compare between a golgi & a golgi anyway!!! guess what?! the second spot was: "Golgi apparatus" guess what the comparison was..... "the first spot is the electronic microscope view, the other one is the light microscop view"!!! Thanks DOC!!! p.s: I don't want to frighten you, but always expect the unexpected |
