Hi there friends .. here are a couple of tips that could be useful as our group had it as a first clinical session .
1- during the examination .. never ever raise your head up , especially if dr. Najah was the observer .. he would tear your paper if he had to -no kiddin- 2- the questions come 100% from the booklet that is available in our photo-copy place .. (thats what dr. Najah said .. and it was true in our exam ) 3- the dominant question that you should concentrate on is .. NUMIRATION . 4- the time for exam is 20 minutes .. and 4 numeration questions (that was in our case ) 5- they said that every day that u miss the session .. 2 marks are subtracted from the exam ( its counted .. but i think not that tough as they say ) 6- the questions were : -numerate the uses of slit lamp -numerate the the 2 MOST ACCURATE methods of measuring intra ocular pressure (the answer is Perkin's and Goldmann's aplinators) -numerate the methods of measuring vision acuity FOR CHILDREN ( TIP: mention Snellen's chart but say "for children above 5 years) -numerate the methods of monitering the fundus of eye (TIP: when you mention HRuby lens and Volk's lens , you must say "WITH THE SLIT LAMP" ) in general .. the examination is very easy .. and 10 out of 10 is peace of cake if u read for around 3 hours or more before the day of exam .. |
