Hi Everyone,

We all talked about many ideas of having better college this year. It seems it's too difficult for us to commit, also not much we can do in real field.

Now I am simply asking you Do you think it's useful to have Oxford Handbook of Clinical Medicine among the books we get from free education in college?

Even if the group gets two books only for the whole group....do you think that's useful for students who don't have it? Or many actually did buy it and don't need it now???I am eager to hear you response please.

And if you don't think so, then Simply advise of a book you think is useful for us to get.

Like Davidson the printed copy we got last year.

Hope to hear from you.....one line is enough a reply.

Stay safe.

Hi to all....

Well Ali and Nour, obviousely both of you have taken a look on this book...well as you asked for other opinions ...I wanted to say that this book as you know is a handbook so it is somewhat more abbreviated or let's say it gives the most important points of the desired subject....So I really think that it is more helpful for the 6th grade or in our caes it is helpful as an accessory book.

After all it is only an opinion made upon asking graduated studends and those of 6 th grade (( and honestly i've taken a look on it too))

I hope that I helped in some way or another

ACTUALLY ..it's a very cool book (i have a copied version of it)...it's even fun ,because it gives a brief short account , essential info of every thing you want to know about any disease there is.... bcmf/thmbup.gif

but davidson supersedes it some extra details ....but i think OXFOR HANDBOOK is A LIFE SAVER cool.gif

thx, take care

Hello Everyone,

There might be a possibility to have a donation of Oxford Handbook of Clinical Medicine to college, but it will be limited number perhaps.

I want to know FIRST what do you think of that? Do you think it's much different original than copy edition??

I think Original is important for our students.

Second, Do you think it will be well arranged that the copy won't be enough for all? like those who won't buy it would really be able to make use of it?

Third , would it be able ot stay at the college for some time? like for example copy edition of New Davidson??

I hope I get your feedback please soon. Maybe we can afford about 1200 US Dollars to buy original copies of Oxford Handbook of Clinical Medicine and to give it to 6th year medical students...probably for Next Year to be done.

I hope this idea come true. I appreciate your feedback please.

Stay safe. Nour
