marhaba shlonkm ,,,, this a real story about teen . his name was ali , he was 14 years old .

he was so clever and geniouse young man , his parents were doctors , his family was 5 [ his father, mother,sister , brother , and him ] , on day at night he had simple caugh , so there parents didnt pay attention for that , but day after day his caugh became stronger . on day he came back to home early ,, so his mother asked him why but he didnt tell her the reason , but looked pale and her mother asked him to get some rest . inthe same day at night his caugh became more strong , he felt some thing hot was come out and he looked , he saw blood , as a result he got scared and told his parents at once. of course there parents checked him and took him to hospital. they suspect it was herdicardea so they gave his the drugs and back to home ,,, but the bleeing was came out with caugh , but he didnt feel pain.

in the second day they parents took him to hospital and they checked him and exam him carefully ... the the tests result was;
ESR:10 NORMAL
WBC:7000 NORMAL
RBC : DONT KNOW BUT WAS NORMAL TOO as i know
CHEST X RAY :CLEAR
so they parents gave him high doss of claforan inj... but the bleeding still with no defferince .. so they tool ali to the most important doctors in baghdad at last one of the doctors decided to make an operation for him الناظور ... the lungs were clear and every thing was ok. but the bleeding still . so after some days they made another operation for ali [ فحص الرئتين بالناظور الليفي المرن] every thing was clear but the caugh still and the bleeding as well. alawe damaged because of this caugh . they denied the theory of TB disease BECAUSE u know y { عيب متعرفون ليش استبعدو السل لان الاشعة كلير و الناظور كلير }
off course he was gettign blood but they should find what is this disease to give him treatment. one day the bleeding and caugh stopped but .......

after that his urea became bleeding too, also without pain in any where in his body.
his GUE examination was
RBC: TOO MUMAROUSE TO COUNT , MORE THAT +++++
ALBOMIN:++ OR + IN SOME AXAMS
CRYSTAL:NIL
COLOUR:RED
SUGER:NIL
ONE OF THE DOCTORS said that this patient need to dialess and of corse need to kidney transplant . but there parents rejected this idea and they were looking for this strange and hard disease , another doctor in baghdad suggest to take renal baiebsy to ali in order to know what is the disease [ بس انتو تعرفون ما كو بالعراق مثل هذه التقنية و ميكدرون يزرعوه}
so they took ali to jordan ,, and they take a baibsy to test ,, the result was

I G A NEPHROPATHY DISEASE
BUT unfortunatly there s no treatment for this sickness , so they sent many massege of adnbra and GLASCOW ,, AND ALL OF THE WORLD , MANY DOCTORS ANSWER THEM ,, one of the doctor said that in some cases FISH OIL help patients in usa and australia ,, so ali s parents began to give ali fish oild tablet ,, just after 10 days the bleeding is stop and ali looked like a very normal person and he survived so god help this family from damage and of course ali go on in his life after dangerous disease ,,, by the way ali now is 20 years old and he s third grade in college of medicine out of iraq.
