Yaba ham halaw

I've been experiencing another problem with the same laptop..

At first, I have a wirless ADSL internet connection and the problem is that the connection constantly gets disconnected as if the Wi-Fi radiator device (the router) was turned off.. And when I search for the network it cannot be found...
The only way to find the network is to restart and after restarting it works automatically and properly..

This happens sometimes as regular as every 30 minutes and each time once I restart it works fine..

What maked me so sure that it's the laptop fault is that I have another laptop (TOSHIBA) and this never happens and the connection is always OK and the time that the DELL is not finding the network, the internet is fine and the network can be promptly found in the other laptop..Which means there's nothing wrong with the internet provider..

Just so you know, this problem happened with me about a month before and when I installed Windows Vista it was spontaneously resolved but now and after I have deleted the Vista and re-installed XP the problem is back again..
This fact made me think that the Network/Wireless Driver is not being installed/updated (yit3arraf) as it's supposed to be and what proves this is that when I installed Vista it worked fine and as you know Vista has a great feature which is that it updates all drivers and hardwares automatically from the internet without the recovery CDs..

I have took my Laptop to 2 PC repairing centers here and both of them have no idea what the cause is

I feel terrible for talking tooooo much but I want you to picture the problem meticulously hoping that you could help me bcmf/60.gif

And if u have reached this line that I'm writing, it means you have read all my boring talking and so I thank you very much for this tongue.gif

Eager to see your suggestions

Install vista, get the driver updated, copy it to a removable media (cd or flash ram) then after installing XP use the drivers on the media... maybe! bcmf/thinking.gif

Nice idea
Of course that would work but obviously I'm trying to find a simpler way..
Thx anyway smile.gif

Hi..M7Md.
Is your Dell Wireless chipset is Intel type..?
If it is then simply I would like to say Intel sux biggrin.gif (Atheros is better as I heard)have you seen their latest patches-packages regarding their drivers..~100mb!!!
TO cut it short try to install latest drivers after knowing exactly what intel(or any other types) wireless chpset you have (e.g. PRO/Wireless 2200BG on my Acer TM 4060)
and then go to intel site for the drivers or any other manfucturer's site to download their latest drivers.
