when we were young.. i think the worst thing we all heard was sad.gif when our mom says: it is time to go to sleep... yala bcmf/cry.gif
A good question...is really good?? why and how??
and is it good when we get older and doctors rolleyes.gif ??
another question in physiology
try to answer this by yourselves and i will answer later on ...after three-five days as the rules of the BCMF

The thing is I'm not quite getting your question !!!

I mean what is exactly it that you're asking about??? What is it you're asking whether it's good or not??? Sleeping??? or parents forcing their kids to sleep?? or are you referring to regular and irregular sleeping??

i think that sleeping is important but not 4 long hours (we don`t need that)..4 me i hate sleeping i feel that it`s awaste of time & when we r asleep we miss alot of things..Bas shensawi sad.gif

I heard that children need about 10 hours of sleep/day..&this need decreses as the child grows,but i donnu why dry.gif dry.gif

As you know ...sleeping is two stages
Non Rapid Eye Movement (NREM) in the first half an hour ,,which has another four stages:
stage I and stage II : alpha waves
stage III and IV : delta waves
(stage IV is the deepest sleeping)
Rapid Eye Movement (REM) which also take half an hour
During stage IV we produce Growth Hormone (GH) ... so we grow and become taller,,,and during REM we store information and become wise
So...
we need to sleep always
Let me tell you this real story
A basketball player "really don't remember his name" when he was about to take 50 000 000 $ (that is 50 million dollars) ,,during an interview..he was aksed what what his favorite thing to do when he was child beside playing basketball..he replied: sleeping !!!
so did you know now why you didn't have 50 million dollars now??? because you didn't hear what your mother said and went to sleep early
but you still have time now to get ...... dollars...if you sleep well before the tests, the information you read for the test will be stroed and you can remember them in the test and get good scores....in shaa allah

For me sleeping is very necessery (not less that 7-8 hours/day at least) , i can't do anything when in sleepy, i can't think well and being is sleeping is the only thing that can get me in a bad mood !!!! seriously !!
