a credit problem

I have a problem
i am facing a problem with my credit,whenever i put a credit it is disappear in a mysterious way and i am not doubting the company..i guess the problem i made it by myself when i put my mobile number in a site that provides free sms,
so now i am seeking any help that can get me out from this problem and if i am gonna change the sim card would i face the same problem puting in the mind that the way they r taking my account with still in the device itself?

hmmmm ...weird.. tell me Farah about that free sms site .. did it send any software to ur mobile? why do u think the way ur credit is stolen with will still be there after u change ur sim card... ??

and also .. is ur credit disappearing right after u charge it ?? or it is entered correctly then suddenly taken..?

did u check with the company??

hello Yezen, i solved the problem
i noticed that i was getting sms about free tones or wallpapers but i thought it was origionally from the company itself,but when i doubled checked i found out it was not,so i called the comapny i asked them to check my phone history ,after doing so,they got them and they gave me the number to unsubcribe with them and i did and thanks God my credit is still alive till now..

and tell you what, i did changed my sim card and i lost 15$ when i topped it up which really drove me crazy coz this time they took right after i topped it up.
