sitting up straight is not good for the back

Group: Graduated Doctors Posts: 894 Member No.: 9 Joined: August 13, 2005	hey this is a fresh piece of news it was always thought that sitting straight is the best for the back, now a new study says it's not, it puts strain on the intervertebral discs and the best posture is leaning backward a little. read this for the full topic click here
