hey there friends .. these are the T and F questions that were brought to us ..
the exam is 3 marks .. 2.5 marks on 26 (T or F) points (one mistake is not count) !

the other .5 marks on absence records


these are the question lines
Anatomy :
1- relation of renal hilum during ant. to post dissection is artery, ureter, vein

physiology :

Embryology :

Causality

12- Best drug for initiation of treatment of acute UTI is quinolone derivatives

Urinary stone disease :
13- Ca oxalate hydro. Is the most common stone type

14- Struvite stones : infectious stones caused by urea splitting organisms

15- Most common abnormality on uric acid stone is alkaline urine

Oncology :
16- Bilhariziasis usually cause adeno CA as a long term manifestation

East 17- PSA is specific marker for prostate

18- Seminoma is most common non germ cell tumor in adults

19- Tamsulocin is highly selective alpha blocker doesn’t require dose titeration ?

Miscellaneous :
20- the incidence of hypospadius among population is 1/250

21- varicocele is a dilatation of pampiniform plexus of veins usually occurs on the right side

22- cercaria usually penetrate unbroken skin

23- finestride usually used for Mx of BPH when prostate size > 40 cubic cm

24- penile CA is usually sq. cell CA

25- TB : caused sterile pyurea

26- Bladder tumor : sq cell CA is most common type
