Dear friends,

One of the most frequently asked question in today's application forms for jobs is the
question about your leadership abilities.

Lately, this question was also in the application form for Chevening Scholarship Award
which all Iraqi doctors are eligible to apply for.

So, what should you do to get a leadership character?

First of all, the successful doctor is a good leader and a team work player.

You can get a leadership role when you are a student by being the head of your group,or the head of a committee in a student union.

The most important thing is that you should tell in details the role you played, and the number of the students or colleagues you supervised and what was the type of your activity.

So try from now to play this role in order to get some extra credit in your future life.

Best regards.
