The Leaflet Photocopy

I just wanted to tell you that I talked with Abu Mustafa from Al-Madeena Photocopy Bureau about the photocopying of the leaflet and he said the following:

1- He can use the good machine and guarantees high quality copies.
2- The price would be 35 Dinars for paper.
3- The price includes the staples and the bending of the papers.

Bottom line: the 250 copies would cost 17500 Dinars including everything....


He's ready whenever we are

thanks Kadem for the effort but just one thing, did you tell Abu Mustafa about the way we want the leaflet stapled, because we want it to be stapled in the middle so that the leaflet will be like a notebook, right? so I'm just checking did you talk to him about that?

well guys ...i gave the final leaflet copy to Abu Mustafa yesterday..he said he'll try to finish them by the end of this week insha2llah ...and he does know how to "staple" them ...don't worry mohammed ...

so lo tomorrow lo after it insha2llah...they'll be ready...

..i've got some bad news... ..


today abu Mustafa told me that he has finished the photocopying and he will staple them for tomorrow or next Sunday...i said ok and asked him to show me a sample ...he gave me the whole copies ...when i saw them i was shocked ...despite that they weren't photocopied very well but we can live with that...the problem is in the alignment of the papers ...he has cut the edges of each paper and it is really distorted ...he said it can't be in a better way and any paper must be shrinked when copied ..i don't know about that...anyway i told him not to staple them and that we need to recopy them after some modulations and corrections ...which shall cost us some more time and even money...

i was really disappointed in that...

so any suggestions?? do we need to switch to another bureau??how can we deal with that?? we still have to pay the guy for his (imperfect ) work ...

Well, u did the right thing by telling him not to staple them.
If the photocopy quality is not good, then we must switch to another bureau, but if it's good or can be better, then we may stick with them but under close follow up and directions, simply because we can not afford to pay 200% of the expected price, so if we do it again with him I think we can make it for 150% or even less, coz it's a mutual mistake.

That's my suggestion, thanks Yezen ya warda and hopefully it will be done the right way this time.
