We all know how unfortunate was the decision of the deanary of not giving the (QARAR) to the 4th class students this year; the thing that caused many students to fail a material or two that could have been passed-in if they had the 5 marks as all the other students did.
The reason for this decision was that this particular stage did not have good attendance throughout the year. I believe some professors were behind such a decision.  My question is: was it a fair decision? the crime of not attending lectures, was it dealt-with in the best way by making such punishment?  |

It wasnt a fair decision ,,,,,im sure of that... im sure that most of those who failed in the exam needed only either 2 or 3 degrees to pass and they were forced to spend holiday for studying subjects that they had already studied well

Well, I think it's unfair….coz we weren't the only stage who didn't attend lectures and instead of that oppressive decision, why didn't they tell us from the beginning that attending lectures was obligatory instead of making that decision in the last moment after finishing the year!!!
Coz as I think attending lectures is either being obligatory or not, and if not they shouldn't blame us if we don't attend. At the same time I remembered when Mohamed Sa3ad (the delegate of our stage) alarmed us that our deanery will punish us if we don't attend lectures!!!!!  But they shouldn't punish us in that manner....it's unfair.  Take care, |

well i am not going to say this bcoz i didn't pass and i might have passed if i used the 8arar..
 .but :1. the punishment -as it is called here - does not fit the (crime) i mean it is wrong not to attend lectures but it is not to be dealt with that way... some difficult questions or sometthing said in those lecs will do much better...(if it is neccesary at the first place)2. i said that b4 and i still say it...not attending the lectures is not our fault 100%.  ..i mean who would miss a nice interesting and beneficial lecture..  .? none...but most lectures as they are now ...are of no one interests at all...3. i am not so sure that this punishment will do any good in increasing the attendance rate ,not at all..(bad for that punishment creator)...  4. bottom's line :it is not a matter of justice it is a matter of misadminstration .... but if i to answer ur quesion NO IT IS NOT FAIR...salam....  |
