Duties for next workshop on 3rd/May/2006, Time table and duties.

Hi All...Please take a careful look on this to know what is going on and what will be your duties now and later....

I will give you some feedback on what we did:



1. The leaflet is divided into parts, each page one member or more is reponsible to write it and finish it by Sunday 30/ May/2006

we are All responsible to write a comment about the project just like what Mohammed did in his post " comments on project" so they Use it in the Leaflet, this is Important Please. This should Finish on Sunday, you post it to Yezen by email or in Forum here....VIP.

2. The Stamp will be ready on Sunday and we will bring it on Wednesday with the books to Stamp it on Wednesday instead of Later.
One of group One who won't have work to do will sit and Stamp the books.


3. The books would be kept with Mohammed Ja3far and he would give them to Medicine Department in July, would also make sure the stamps of the medicine department would be on the books themselves.

4. Mohammed Ja3far and Ausama or other Group 1 member would talk to Dr.abdil Ritha and Dr.Sarmad at that time to make sure the system will work properly and would be responsbile to do what is needed for that.

5. The leaflet draft would be ready on Wednesday 3/ May workshop to show us how it is, and make any changes needed so we meet again later to see if the change is good.

6. Wednesday workshop we will discuss the rest details about the copies of leaflet, and surveys, numbers of them, the way they will be distributed and when they would be distributed.

7. In group One Mohammed Ja3far is the moderator and would be responsible so that all steps go on well according to schedule.

In group Two: Yezen is the moderator and responsible so that everything moves on time.

8. Kathum would start working about the project details on the forum after the leaflet is ready. Dates for that will be entitled in next workshop.

Our next workshop is on Wednesday: 3/ may/2006


Please tell me if our time table is realistic, and if we will have time to do all that....Please!

I need your feedback on the next workshop, would time be enough to do the above duties???? and discuss them????

I think the time would be enough insha'a Allah.

Half an hour to see the leaflet would be enough, I think.

I think we can discuss methods of fundraising, as we will need more money right?

Perhaps next workshop we'll talk about the distribution of the survey, as the money issue is more urgent .
