Feedback on 23rd April Workshop/Please Read., Please Answer, this is very vital.

Hi Everyone,

Here is some results and estimation for today's workshop...I need your feedback too.

What has been achieved?

- We agreed on Name of Project.

- Logo for Project.

- Motto for Project.

-Dates and Professors to talk with...Mohammed, Ali, and Ausama.

- A leaflet to be distributed to students...Group 2.

- Survey for evaluation designed as first step. Tina and Seeran.


Part A....About each one's work..

Group One:

- Submit online general notes of what you would say.
- To What doctor or doctors.
- Dates you will go during this week.
- Please bear in mind to go to many doctors, Medicine course is HUGE and we only have this period to talk to doctors, so we need to talk to as many as possible, I would write this down and Go with you too.


Group Two.

- You need to put on Wednesday Workshop Sample of how the leaflet will look like.
- If you want to do other activities like group meetings next year, give us details of how will this be, who will you talk to, and the time you will take in each meeting and the topics you will talk about generally.
- For Kathum or the ones responsible for the forum, we need to put specific date for how the work will be. This would be a meeting between me and Kathum and if Yezen would work with Kathum….then please set online meeting time for this. Kathum would please put the Photos of Today's workshop in this article as reference for today's workshop.
- I'll give my suggestions online too.


Group Three.

- Submit the Survey you wrote Online on the forum so we give final feedback on it, this is done before Tuesday 9:00 meeting so we discuss any change done in the meeting in the morning.

Part B: About the Group's Work.

Please Answer the following questions So I can know when to put next workshop and What more we need to do:-

1.Give us Feedback on the Logo, Motto. Is it set and done finally? If not agreed this should be FINAL on forum give us feedback, or Tuesday at 9:00 in University we meet to discuss it more.

2.Give Feedback on what do you suggest the stamp to be??? Same logo? Having something written too? Give us feedback on the Stamp you want. Please put this online or write it down and we discuss it on Tuesday at 9:00 AM in college.

3.Do you think we still have more steps to take??? More activities we need to do? What are they? Other than the Stamp above?? Give your feedback Online, maximum you write it and share it on Tuesday 9: 00 AM.


Part C: About the Workshop.

1.Was this workshop better than previous ones? How?

2.Do you think there is time lost in workshop? Or things not being held properly?
What do you suggest to make it more effective??

3.Do you think each member is doing good job? Or are there members that have jobs not suited for them? What are your suggestions? Please be frank.

4.Do you think there are things you want to do during the workshop? Do you feel it's better you talk in front of group? Do you want to improve certain skills like talking in public? Or Any skill related to your work, As management, if you need something in your work with your group, do alert them and do ask for certain meetings as group 2 did today…Try to manage your work to be on time always.

5.Do you agree for small meeting on 9:00 a.m.?

hi all,

well i want to say that i want to go to the doctors with someone not alone
i think this better,i will intoduce my self and my companian explain who we are and what the project is all about ,ask for his feedback and if he can help us by encouraging students to read the book.

the workshop today was much better i think because we became more active with wide participation,
i do not agreee about 9:00 am meetings, all the members done agreat job and i would like to thank them all.
