To see all homeworks done and set more work for next day.

What we need?

1. your homework on papers with date you will do it.

2. note and pen.

3. if you have a digital Cam and can use it, would you bring it please?



Time Table for the Workshop?


12:15 pm : we will start one by one member to see their work.
Each member takes one minute to present his work.


12: 30 Pm : Voting one Project Name. Taking 5 mins.

12: 35 pm: Voting for Group 2 among all of us, for Logo and motto.
taking 10 mins.

12: 45 pm: Setting exact Duties that each member decided to do.
Closing dates that you thought of for your duties.
5 mins.

12: 50 pm: Feedback from each member. Taking one minute.


Please Give Feedback on the Time Table.


Bear in mind, Anyone who comes without work or not seen the time table or the updates.......You will buy us Pepsi.

Every Member has a job....If you don't have a job, write to ask for this.

Log and Motto are Group 2 Responsibility to work on.

All of us will Vote ONLY for what is best to choose from their work.

I mean we will choose who's option is best among Group 2.

That's all....

well Nour ...i think it won't harm if anyone bring any good idea or suggestion to add to our basket ...i know we don't need alot of time consumption but may be the idea is worthy...

so i see if u Ausama or anyone has any worthy idea...just bring it on ...who knows it might be even better that what we have...

It won't harm right, but as a homework that members have to do, I just gave the homework...

This would be extra effort that should not waste time but rather bring the best.

So...if we have time, we would vote for it or Ausama can give a comment about it.

ok now. Can I ask Yezen or Kathum to be moderator in the workshop and the project. I.E:

- To keep ourselves on time ( tell us what time we have left and what is next to discuss- I wrote down the time table so the Monitor can do this)

- To make sure each member presents his exact job during the workshop and take his time no more no less ( THis needs to write down each member's job, I will bring this with me and the Monitor reminds us of this paper)


- To give any feedback during the workshop to meet our time and jobs effectively.
( If voting is not working or sth is not moving as schedule, you give quick suggestion to solve a problem)

- To make sure there is no misunderstanding, draw attention for such things. ( keep your eyes for any side talks and misunderstandings and write it down to see it later, so we don't waste time).


- Each member in any group has his job clear and is participating effectively. (I.E, see which member is having problems and not speaking about it, so write it down and we discuss it further).

- Last Reminding us of these notes you took as monitor so as to give exact jobs and clarification for members having problems.( Reminding by sending email or giving the paper and emphasizing on it).

Now...Any of you Kathum or Yezen who feels can do this job best, would adapt it.

If you think I can do it best, I may try to take this role too Tomorrow.
