Hi All...

I can see not all respond to the topics edited by others....so I wanted to put URGENT to try to drage your attention and ask you to WRITE.

I want project members to answer the following questions that would be important step for me and for the project and us:

1- Do you see the project's aims are identical with the project's work and capacities to reach these aims? If not, can you suggest or tell why?

2. Do you think all members in the project are participating effectively in it? if not why?

3. How do you see the workshops? Do they add to your knowledge or you think they're waste of time and you can learn it always?

4. Do you find communication easy among the group? What do you think is best way to communicate? And can we make it better later in future for other projects maybe???

Thanks....and please try to answer in defined words and points and be honest please.

Nour.

hi all,

answering ur questions here it goes:

1 yes i see the the project aims are moving along pretty good with the work we are doing.

2 no they are not ,because of the absence and being late for the workshop ,and the we are not taking all the members idea.

3 they are good it gives me a good i dea about how i can arrange on and learn how is it going.

4 the communication is not that good cause alot do not have time or phone or internet.
for me the internet is the best way for communication.

hi dear Nour ...

1. yes

2. i think all members r so intrested in the project & want 2 participate in it eagerly but u know the difficulty of our college studyin ... & the exams ... etc.

3. i c the workshop will add so much 2 my own experiences & will encourage me 2 do more & more ... this workshop showed me how i can arrange any work i got in an organized ways ... accordin 2 certain organized rules & not bein random

4. i think the communication ways r :
- meetin in college ... which is limited somehow coz each 1 of us got stuff 2 finish in college
- meetin online ... which is also limited coz of the bad internet connections we got at our houses !

i think if we wanna make it better ... we may meet in college more oftenly like not only at 12 ... but also lets make it on 9 o'clock each mornin 4 limited period of time till we finish the bulk of our project then we can make our meetings less ... what do u say ?

thank u

Hello Dear , how ru ?

1- yes i can see everybody is doing his/her best in this workshop ..

2- yes i think everyone is trying to b active , may b sometimes they r busy with an exam or something , but soon after it they do their best ...

3-it is great , teaches us alot , gives us alot of experiences and as Tina said ,helps is to make an arranged work ..

4-well the comunication ways r not always good , i mean we cant always b there at 12 , because of hospital or something , or an important lecture , so i think we must make it felxible , i mean not always at 12 ,we can make it before or after that as Tina said , and about online meetings , i dont think we can apply that because not all of the members have internet at their houses , even those who have it in their houses , they may have connection problems ( like me !!! sad.gif )

Thanks Dear bcmf/60.gif

Hello all smile.gif...

1- I think the project and the project aims are not of that complication so they easily can meet the efforts and the work ...but the little problem here is that we can't see the fruits of our works easily...i mean we've done something and we'll do more...but it just needs some arrangement to be well appreciated...smile.gif

2-yes i think so...though for the same reason above... it is not well seen..

3-they are not a waste of time at all... but if they are to be arranged better ( like the way u did Nour for the Sunday's workshop wink.gif ) i think they will be much more effective...

4-I am not sure about the internet thing the guys mentioned..but if we arrange to improve college meetings (duration , frequency , dates , and proper use of the them) ...it shall do the job...

Sure.

Not 100% but it can be better when everyone knows exactly what to do in the coming few days.

They are good, but can be better as Yezen said.

It's not that easy, we have very little amount of time in college and I think arranging online meetings can be really useful despite the bad connection issue; if timed well we would overcome this problem.
