Sunday's important meeting...

Hello everyone...hope u r doing fine...


I think that next Sunday's workshop will be very important ...as we r kinda late "showya" and we need to start doing some more real work ... so i think we must note the following:



1> we must be at time ....i.e: from 12:00 - 12:10 with no need to confirm the workshop time.. (specially for the always late members ).



2>for every member we need to prepare the following for Sunday:

a> a project name (if possible) ..and we shall vote or choose the final suitable one then..

b> the possible suggestions for solutions for the mentioned problems concerning the medical sessions (using the project of course )..and each group to work on its own problems...

c>some short notes concerning ur own description to this experiment (project), ur expectations, what u learnt ....etc..anything u like to be mentioned under ur name in the project brochure or booklet...I'll try to show u some examples later ...

d>the same thing for the project name, prepare any ideas for the project logo and motto...and also to be chosen then...



I don't know what else... ..anyway ...if anyone wants to add anything please do ...i feel that there are more things we agreed to do but can't remember more ...



i hope that Sunday's meeting will be a major one in putting the clear steps for the project... hope all will attend ...see u there and then...

Hi Kademad,

Well what happened on Tuesday is:

We followed the Problem Anaylisis mechanism to know exactly the problems we will work on to set defined objectives for them.... As following:

For example we decide a problem that the book would try to solve, the area where it touches, Here we have it in the clinical sessions, the study itself in a book.....As here goes:

Such possible problems would be:

- No attention from teachers to students to study. - No defined resource to study in.

- Less effeciency from the medical student. - Less clinical in the clinical session.


Now we put the major problem on top, and the problems that lead to it downwards...similar problems would be put in same level.... Ya3ny:-

Less effieciency from the medical Student.


- NO encouragement to study from teachers. - Students don't study much in books.




THis is an example as the model is with group 2.

So...we can work through our probject and through oxford book to try to put objectives to solve these problems....or try to:

we would go to teachers and talk to them to follow up more on students and tell them about the project.

we would tell students of our project and encourage them to read in activities that group 2 would try to design.



THis is what happened......


But as a major step....group 2 to design sth they need to have defined project name, design a logo and motto for the project as they suggested.
