and yoga is not a martial art so it has nothing to do with sasuki

& after finishing the exams I'll try it & benefit from this site ( cos the wheather is very very hot & It's the main reason ofour anger so of course YOGA will relief the anger

lol doddi, yoga can be good for u in another way in the hot weather, u can meditate and imagine yourself in the north pole playing with penguins and u'll feel cold, lol

I hope I can learn to do YOGA some day.. It's seems really intersting!
