Thanx Allawi Al-warid for ur reply ..
But, it is Hammer-Toe Deformity : it is typically a progressive PIP joint flexion deformity, with compensatory hyperextension of the MTP and DIP joints ..
Possible Causes : MTP synovitis and instability, inflammatory arthropathies, neuromuscular conditions, and ill-fitting shoe wear ..

Aljubouri83- 08-15-2008
What is this Deformity ?
& in which disease it occurs ??

well thanks for the info dr. but i do not see any of the hyper extention and flexion in the pic.... only valgus ....but thanks
for the new one i do not remember very well some kind of sero-negative arthritis...sorry i do not recall

asclepius- 08-15-2008
the whole hand looks too swollen for me to be an arthropathy. may be it's some sort of lymphedema...

ali al-kafaji- 08-16-2008
but it looks like the telescoping character thing...

Aljubouri83- 08-16-2008
Thanx Dr. No3man & Dr. Ali for ur replies ..
& Good Job Allawi bcmf/thmbup.gif ..

It is Telescope Fingers of Psoriatic Arthritis ..

asclepius- 08-16-2008
hmmm, i wanted to read more about this telescoping fingers phenomenon and i found out that it happens in 5% of all people with psoriatic arthritis. so i guess i won't be seeing that so often.

thanks a lot for this... we do need some 'refreshments' from time to time.

What is this Inherited wink.gif Fatal Skin Disease ??

A newborn baby borned with these large skin blisters, not only in the area that appear in the following figure, it could affect all the body ..
& usually 70% - 90% of these babies die due to Infection & Sepsis ..
