about the first pic..u r right loay...its baghdad boil cutaneous leshmaniasis which transmitted by female sandfly presented as solitary boil , may be multiple ..

the second is pityriasis alba..which is acommon photoallergy in iraq appear on the exposed areas..specially in children of 3 years old..treated by keratolytic agent & steroid..

the third pic is one of the common bullous dis ..which is impetigo..caused by bacterial infection & spread rapidly with yellow coloured crusts (Honey coloured crustalation
