This is iritis & conjunctivitis ( anterior uveitis)

the reiters syndrom (reactive arthrites) is associated with Aortic regurgitation, conduction defects..Diarrhea..Urethritis, cervicitis ..)

the most important thing is ... its asymmetrical arthrities.

yes...its acanthosis nigrican..it occurs in obese patient with association of athersclerotic disease..its site mostly in the axilla and the bach of neck...

For your picture Mahmood, it is mostly goes with " Rosacea " ..
& the second picture is considered as a complication of Rosacea & it is called " Rhinophyma " ..


& for my previous picture, you are all right, it is Acanthosis Nigricans, & usually occurs in :
1- Hypothyroidism ..
2- Diabetes Mellitus ..
3- Obesity ..
4- As one of the Paraneoplastic Syndromes in Bronchogenic, Pacreatic, & Gastric Ca. ..

ur answer Ahmed is true..

acne rosacea(pic on the left) there is erythema..telangectesia..papule..painless swelling as aresult of the defect in the blood vessel...
the complication of acne rosacea ar:
1. Rhinophyma(right pic)
2. lymphoedema
3.ocular congestion => blindness


about ur pic Ahmed..im not sure but its cafe au lait spots (neurofibromatosis)
or one of the folowing
either: these r DD.x
a. scleroderma
b. contact dermatitis
c. dermatomyositis

but infact this is aplane wart but with unusall site

its usuall site is on the face..

the hand and foot are the usuall site 4 verruca vulgaris

by theway...plane warts are flat topped.skin colourd papules

they are resistent 2 Rx

they caused by HPV

there are many variety of wart (plane _plantar_anogenital_verruca vulgaris

i suppose there is skin infiltration of nose , cheek & eye (separate lesions)..also there is destructive lesion on nose (lopus pernio)

all these goes with sarcoidosis...

2 confirm my D.Dx i send 4 biobsy & CXR

by the way ..i think there is ant & posterior uvietis and dactylitis as acomplication of sarcoidosis

It is the classical picture of " Lupus Pernio " ..

Lupus pernio is a chronic raised indurated (hardened) lesion of the skin, often purplish in color. It resembles frostbite as it is seen on ears, cheeks, lips, nose, hands, fingers, and forehead ..
Microscopically, it resembles Lupus vulgaris. Biopsy shows granulomatous infiltration ..
