It is Gower's Sign which is seen in Duchene Muscular Dystrophy ..

u r right it is gower's sign
dear ahmed, u r right scleroderma can cause proximal myopathy but this is not a common presentation and the skin lesions are not those of scleroderma (skin is not tight and not shiny).

Hi
I didn't catch u guys
Gower's sign goes with Duchene Muscular Dystrophy.....That's right
But does Duchene Muscular Dystrophy cause such skin lesion Or it is Scleroderma with muscular dystrophy???
Thanx
hi ahmed, those were 2 different cases. the photo shows gottron's papules due to dermatomyocitis and the video shows gower's sign which means there is proximal myopathy probably due to duchenne muscular dystrophy.
