no 1 is torticollis
no 2 is left side facial palsy (mouth deviated to right) and it's lower motor lesion coz the eyelids are involved.
now, a patient has difficulty rising from chairs and has these lesions, what's r the lesions and what is the diagnosis?

1- calsinosis 2- raynaud s phenomena 3- hardness of skin

hi guys
seems u didn't pay attention to the fact that i said the patient has difficulty rising from chairs which means there is proximal myopathy (most probably) and with such skin lesions, the diagnosis is dermatomyocytis and the skin lesions are gottron's papules (scaly lesions on the extensor surface of fingers).
