FOR TREATMENT( THE DR. SHOULD CONTROL THE SYMPTOMS AND PREVENT COMPLICATION AND SHOULD LOOK FOR TUMORS

no 1 is torticollis

no 2 is left side facial palsy (mouth deviated to right) and it's lower motor lesion coz the eyelids are involved.

now, a patient has difficulty rising from chairs and has these lesions, what's r the lesions and what is the diagnosis?

hi guys smile.gif

seems u didn't pay attention to the fact that i said the patient has difficulty rising from chairs which means there is proximal myopathy (most probably) and with such skin lesions, the diagnosis is dermatomyocytis and the skin lesions are gottron's papules (scaly lesions on the extensor surface of fingers).

now, check this video (it's a small one, just 144 kb and u need quicktime to play it) and tell us what u see smile.gif
