1- Peripheral Ca of the lung .. * Dear Dr. Loay, We cannot say whether this type of Ca is small or large cell carcinoma except by Cytology .. & as U know, there are 2 types of Ca of the lungs & they are either Central or Peripheral Ca .. Correct answer Doddi ..
2- Emphysamatous lungs ..
3- Pulmonary Fibrosis ..
4- Kaposi's Sarcoma of the skin .. * Dear Dr. Ali & Dr. Hammodi, Psoraiasis usually present with White Silvery Scaly Patches not Dark black as this one & it usually affects the areas of the joints & the extensor aspect of the arms & the shin of the legs ..

guys I have a wondeful idea is 2 discuss cases ( for example : now I have a paediatrics courses & I see 1 cases such as nephrotic syndrome & I'll talk what symptoms I found in HISTORY & finding which I mean signs I found in examination & some of doctor's note about this disease beside some few notes from othe sourses ) & others who have medicine or surgery write their cases here

this is really nice,very nice topic now me being a postponer,today i went with my father to see a dr.because my dad is a diabetic and for my bad luck my dad told the dr. im a medical student he started asking me medical topics, and he made me reach with him to my father treatment and i wanna say that i really enjoyed it and i realized that i have to start refreshing my mind about medical topics because OMG i like medicine

I can see constriction of pupil and ptosis of the left eye... So it is Horner's Syndrome..
