I want to present the following to you to try to work on and bring it WITH YOU on SunDAY.
For All members As Yezen Posted: We need to Have ideas of A Project Name. Please write this down and Bring it on SUnDAy.
Also For All Members: Yezen and Group 2 Need Your comment on What Yezen Posted in Order to Finish Their Ideas Better, Write it down and BRing it on Sunday...
For Group 1.
Each member would be responsible to WRITE a presentation for the project and who we are in order to present it to doctors in Medicine Department,
Each member will choose some doctors or professors in Medicine Department and go to them to talk to them what he presents during next week.
Ausama and Raghad would prepare a paper about the project to talk to the Student Affairs dean assistant or representative ( I think in Community department).
Now what would you write: who we are as usual, briefing about the project and what we want to do, and What do you want from them???
For Medicine professors: you will tell them you want to inform them of this project so they try to encourage students to read in books and make use of the book during the session. ENcourage students to make use of the book.
For the Dean assitant and the Student affairs representative: You want to inform them about the project to drive students attention towards certain activites that help our education. To support students to work on such activites that have beneficial effect on us merely as medical students.
Raghad and AUsama would write both presentations and put in mind a date to go to talk to those officials. Others would prepare dates to talk to Medical professors.
Raghad and Ausama can prepare presentations to talk to Medical Professors and share others to talk too.
THIS should be READY on SUNDAY.
GRoup 2:.
FOr Group 2 As Yezen also Told you: You need to Prepare Logo AND Motto for the Project. It is your Own Duty and Other Groups would Comment and Vote for Best
of your Ideas.
All Members need to be finished with what they have to do and what they want to do to encouarage students to Read and Make use of the book of Oxford, to Make use of the Forum, and Make use of our experience to do similar.
( Aims of project).
After meeting in the workshop all you would do is IMPLEMENT. NO thinking anymore or planning since you have to be Finished with this step by Sunday.
You will all also choose a date to implement your activities and finish them.
For Kathum he would be finished with what he wants to do in the Forum to Aware students of the project and the role of Forum in Starting this project.
(I made my team through the forum ....remmeber guys?).
For Tina and Seeran:
You will both be Finished in designing a Survey to be divided at the end of Each Course of Medicine NExt year to:
know how the books were useful,
how the work of the project was useful for students,
if Professors were encouraging students to read and their role.
and Part of the Survey involving the Professors:
how they found the book useful or not for students
how was students performance.
Try to make use of examples I sent you before and Reading the Evaluation Part of workshop. Model 3.
