Hi....Sorry to post again.

This is to set the steps we will need more to take. We will discuss this on Wednesday Workshop I hope.


Activities to be done:-

1. We still have to finish talking with Most Medicine Professors This week.
( To make sure they will encourage students to use the book, I would go with whoever needs someone to go).


2. We have to have Someone Officially to take responsibility to Follow up for the Project. ( This would be Dr.Zaid and whoever responsible for Students issues to Follow up, we may ask the Dean Assistant as well).
Ausama will do that, I would go with him, This done this week.

3. Do we need to talk to Students Representatives in next years? Who? THis week.( To follow up on the project?)

4. We need to make a form of request to Dr.Abdil Ritha and Dean to ask from College to Suppor the project by asking Medicine department Officially to make sure students use the book during the course.( Some of Group One and I would write this on next workshop and Go Next week)

5. We have to see the leaflet and Finish:
how we will make it? print colour?
funding for it?
How many copies?
make it hand made?
How to distribute it?

(Details for all that would be on Wednesday)-Submeeting on Tuesday 9:00am.
It is Finished Early Next Week as ready sample, by end of next week Finish Number of copies.

4. Meetings next year with Students( Aws Activity).

5. Forum Explanation about:
The project as a whole:
How we set all
Aims and objectives.
Our methods of evaluation,
Our resources,
Our stakeholders.
What we want to put in the Forum????? For All group members comment.

This is discussed this week with Kathum on Wednesday Homework for Kade. (submeeting on Tuesday 9:00am) Discussed Next week by Group members.
Finished by end of Next week.
6. Survey Details:

How to distribute it.
how many numbers
how to analyze it???
This needs help maybe from Community Department to analyze the survey and get results...These questions should be done by Wednesday ( Homework for Tina and Seeran, I would be with you to go to Community Dept).
Next week the details of all that are finished and we will know how to analyze it next year inshAllah.


I hope this is all what we will need to do more.

This week will be tough week for all of us. Let us start to RUN.....
