well ali...i think u r looking for the problems in the right way...good for u

...
about the tarakom thing...it is a problem ...and what makes it a malignant one...is that every single day passes, it just become bigger and bigger and u lose the (wahis) for the treatment...i often suffer from that every year but this year i am implementing a new criteria....hope it will work insha2lah...
1- try to read or even just browse the daily lectures u get...for a couple of hours or even a single hour only...this can help u stay in touch of what u r missing...
2- use the off days wisely and spare a sum of 4 to 6 hours to study what u have read in whole week...
3- attending some lectures might encourage u study when finding some interesting subjects...
4- the most important thing is to apply ur study plan among ur friends inside ur group and to discuss some of what u study...this could be really inspirating and encouraging....

5- i think studying with what u r having in the clinical session is more interesting..so u can make it as a start whenever u have missed alot...
finally ...hope u won't have any tarakom coz it is really annoying and frustrating and could really brake ur learning spirit easily...
salam...
