follow these steps

1- open www.fileupyours.com

2- make an account and activate it from your email..

3-login from the the same site after the activation

4-from the uppermost menus select..upload

5-select the file you want to upload from your PC

6-up yours!

7- select the format of the link...for me i choose URLs.... copy it then

8- open new topic or reply in thebcmf

9- for file upload select http:// icon...... or if u have a picture..select IMG and paste the link there then select the title of the web page

i didn't understand anything
in which website u want to upload

in any web site... use www.fileupyours.com for hosting the file u want... create a link for that file...paste it in the http:// icon in the new topic or add reply window..
