great efforts and ideas guys...but i think if u unite ur efforts and focus them toward the smoking issue it would be more fruitful..i know the water wasting thing is an issue by its self...but is it that important in our society when it is compared to the smoking plague we r living now??!!...

in either way u r doing a great job and i liked that wallpaper huge ..good work my friend.. though i didn't like the highlighted "rights reserved "thing coz it will definitely destroy or at least limit the purpose behind which u did that wallpaper...unless it is another purpose that we r talking about here ..

Needless to say, starting a project is not easy and we need to plan and do lots of things. Like:

Where to direct our campaign (to which group of people)?
How to get the money needed?
What will we exactly do?
How will we measure the success/failure of our campaign?

So let’s discuss these stuff.

hamoodi , I greatly agree with u ....
- Concerning who we direct the campaign to, I think we can start it with our colleagues ( they are of similar educational level , giving better chance to achieve )success)
- Concerning the money, i am afraid that its difficult at the beginning to have financial support, so we may depend on our efforts ( disscusions, some notes printed at home , e-mails, instant mesages)

- what will we do exactly needs some disscusions concerning roles we may play each on abilities and wish.....
- Measuring the success , i believe depends on the specific topic, for the smoking one i guess by noticing the habit at college may be , others by noticing if ppl are convinced with what we told them......
- Last thing , I think i was dissapointed to some extent that not much of our colleagues are much into these kinds of activities... I hope they change thier minds soon .....EVEN THOUGH , i think we can start it even by small numbers
of us......

i know i'm too late for this .. and i didn't read all the replies , so i don't know if i'm gonna say something that had been said !

anyway

my idea is to do something usefull in our course (speciality ) now and if we do good at that then we would be able to do more

my main point is about smoking .. we should get doctor smokers to lose their cigarettes when they're in the hospital . or make them a restricted place for smoking !

and to prevent patients and their families to smoke inside the hospitals (which it's gonna be the toughest )

but it's all about Coordination with the managing and managers !
if we could make it to those ... and give our project we would be able to do increadible things ..

we can assist our campaigne by printing coloured posters everywhere in the hospital ... !

in order to do the last one .. we should get some musahamat and tabaru3at and those will be gained by workshops !
