hi Ali ....
well .. i think i can answer ur qustion .... i am reading the lec now and when i reached this "Around the clock" thing i remembered ur question ... anyway ... hope i am right ...
look ... in the begining the Dr. said that in the corticospinal tract the fibers of the Uppper limb is laterally and the Lower limb medially (better to draw a figure to understand).... so according to this anatomy we can understand it
when the Dr. talked about the lesion he ment that the lesion is moving from outside to inside .... i.e lets say it is coming from the right side ... so the first thing will be affected is the Rihgt Lateral side of the cord (or the corticospinal tract)which is the right Upper limb then the right medial side which is the right lower limd .. then(after crossing the midline)it will reach the Left medial side which is the left lower limb then lastly the left later saide (the most outer according to the moving lesion) which is the left Upper limb ... and vice versa if coming from the left side ... did u get me ... if u draw a figure it will be so easy ....
i understood it like this ... hope it is right ..

best wishes and good luck

Well thanks Ali ..
u made it clear .. and this is added as an additional info though i didnt read medicine yet (just like Kade i think biggrin.gif ) ..

THE THING THAT I UNDERSTOOD IS THAT (AROUND THE CLOCK) DOESNT MEAN CLOCKWISE .. IT COULD BE CLOCKWISE OR COUNTER CLOCKWISE .. so thanks again for the info
