Dear doctors
I've got new information about sleep

the cerebral cortex shows the greatest effect be sleep deprivation, but i can cope with one night sleep loss.
But only about one-third of the sleep in made up...80% of the stage 4 and only 1/2 of REM stage...
the more the time of wkefulness, the more REM is lost
REM appears to increase somewhat in both adult and children in time of learning
REM is important to get the most out of studying and the long term memory is consolidated
REM is more in the last half of the sleep
in sleep deprivation, there is increase in cortisol level and decrease in lymphocyte count...
SO
if you are studying and when you wake up in the morning without remembering that you have a dream....your study is not that effective...it is not consolidated...
so
sleep
sleep
sleep
in the time of the exams till you are awake and you have a dream
hope you don't have nightmares
and everyone will dream with his/her soulmate

so that this will be an intersting event in our day especially in the test days
Good night doc
