can anbody tell me what is the status in getting the postgraduate rotation certificate as i finished my college in 1997 and did 2 years rotation and left iraq ,,, i need now the rotation certificate from the ministery ,,they said i have to serve 4 years to get it ,,, i mean why if the duration is only 2 years not more ...


can somebody tell me about the regulation and if i can get some help in that

What happened with you keeps happening to everyone and I don't think it will come to an end, as long as the administrative and the legislative authorities in our country keep dissociating themselves from what's going on, not just in regard to doctors and their cerificates, but in everything in life... things will remain the same, unfortunately.
