3. 4 Instruments used in taking Pap smear
4. Why patients with h.mole develop thyrotoxicosis?
5. 4 Symptoms of imminent eclampsia

these are what i asked about in my final exam

The OBGYN written is an easy exam with high score(10).
You need to foccus on important things related to practice such as hydatiform mole, abnormal uterine bleeding, abortion, APH, PPH, DM, Hypertension, stages of labor, etc.. in short practical things

It is so useful to take history and discuss it with the doctor, this gives a good impression to the examiner during the clinical exam.

hey everyone sorry to breack the cheers ....

but Dr.Sabooh came and chang the standards


the written exam was MCQ s ....and about topics that you won't expect
she even asked by percentages.................and by (nearly.almost...etc)

so guys prepare yourself for the unpredictable

and there was no practical exam

we solved cases....which was (on my regards )....much easier,and more fair

well aws would u be more generouse and post the questions plz.

about the MCQS these are what i remember:

-in abruptio placenta ,the blood loss is invariably from the mother origin (f)

-Diabetes is confirmed by post prandial Glucose level of 11mmole/l after 2 hrs(t)

-in shoulder dystocia ,it never occurs in fetuses less than 4 kg BW (f)

-imperforated Hymen is oftenly associated with bi delphic uterus

-chorioamnionitis is diagnosed by presence of neutrophilia (f)

-Chorioamnionitis is associated with isolating Bacteria in 70% of cases




in the cases exam this was the most tricky case:


a 25yr old presented with lower abdominal pain (moderate to severe)
10 days missed period ,with blood spotting in underwear ......and she is been using IUCD for 3 years


Diagnosis?management?criteria for outpatient management?other complications of IUCD?

-ther was another case about Cardio
