hi all these r the Q of 1st course exam
Q1:mx of primary amenorria?
Q2:mx of 1st trimester diabetic lady?
Q3:lady with histry of infertility,has tubal pregnancy.she is now in stable condition what r the treatment for ectopic pregnancy?
Q4:pregnant lady she is now in 36 weak of her pregnancy, with breach pesentation what r the mangment for this lady?

I see that these questions are nearer to the theoritical than to the parctical thing coz the answers depend on the lectures only ... and they are too long

1:well gyne course exam was depend only on lectures and in the final year will be taking histry on patient,
and attendance is not counted.
2:u should take some session from al medina office (curtage and dilation,histrectomy,viginal discharge,postopertive care ).
3:also u should concentrate on lectures because every thing said in the session r from lectures,at least u should reed lectures twice bf exam if u want to remember them, and i think we all done well in th exam i hope so but u know gyne and obestatric department always give us half the degree we deseve it.
