college of medicine of baghdad university,, it's our college & most of us if not all love it & proud that he/she's a member belong 2 this college.

cos of very bad situation many of doctors r travelling abroad & not return 2 iraq & beside that some doctors r killed,, all this conditions make our college going down down cos there is brain drainage & we lose excellent & expert doctors & many considered our college is best 10 colleges of medicine in the world despite lacking modren technique & equipments.

beside all that is alot of students r leaving our college cos of this bad situation

what's yr opinion my freind about all that cos it makes me depressed & when i wrote these words something strong touches my nerve & always i say inshaa allah our college will be the best & iraqi people will be the best & iraqi doctors will be the best among all doctors in the world ??

well doddi your article is very touching & it really reflects what our colleeg is facing nowadays. but what can we do????? there is nothing we can do...... it's right our college is going down & down day by day because our doctors are leaving te country and we cannot blame them becasue it's their lives which is more valuable than anything....
beleive me guys our Medical School is the best in the Middle East .... yes that's right.....
moreover even if u visit the website of the best medical schools in the world like
Harvard or Yal (USA), Cambridge, Oxford or Manchester (UK) or any other one..
just check the curriculum of the MBChB course in these colleges & u will c that it is our college which gives more subjects than any1 ... 4 example all the British medcial schools give only 4 clinical subjects (Medicine, Suregery, gynaecology, & Pediatrics ) while we have many other subjects like Dermatology, ENT, Psychiatry, many others.....but they are ahead of us becasue of their system & the techniques they provide...
anyway I think that there is no hope coming at least in the near future

yes it's touches all .. and really it's so depressive to see the situation become worse day aftrer day , really we lose alot of doctors .. beside we miss alot of our friends who travel outside ...anyway nothig in our hands just praying & asking god to save our iraq and the iraqi people , AMEN .

2day was supposed 2 b the 1st day of our summer cource in the 6th stage ... but we heard that the proffessors r afraid 2 reach the hospital nowadays coz they got a threatening ... even the rotators r afraid of it ... so we losed our hope 2 start the summer cource in a good way !

now we will stay home till we hopefully know that things r gettin better ...

my suggestion is that they cancel the comin year 2 all ... givin a chance 4 safe circumstances 2 exist ... so that we can continue our normal life again ...

stay safe every1 ...

Ali,loosing a year from our life rather than loosing the whole life ,anyway I dont think that the situation will differ after a year from now it is just going down..down..down(seems like a rock song )

And about our college ,I'd rather not to think about;since there is Allah upon us,and for the fist time in my life I depend totally on god (in these days and upcoming ones).

well Tina I totally agree with your suggestion...well maybe I'm acting sellfishly cuz Tina's suggestion is the only way by which I can come back 2 Iraq otherwise I can't get back 2 my country (family u know)...
moreover I think that 3li is right & wrong at the same time.. look 3li I don't think that any1 iin the world would like 2 loose a year of his life not even imagining that but after what happened in the University Of Technogly (kidnapping about 50 students in two days do u realize it??? in the 2nd day no1 prevented them day after day)... do u think that there is any1 can prevent this tragedy from taking place at our college....
during the alst month of this year's DAWAM I think u all remeber the day when about 100 men entered the college in order 2 go 2 MA6RAF ALDAM .. they were able 2 kill us if they wanted...
SO all I want to say is that if I wanted 2 kill some students in our college can't I do it?????

Stop thinking about the future ppl ... you have absolutly nothing to do.
i think what you're doing is just making your life a miserable one.

I believe that everyone will die (in his day) and that what's written for us to see will be seen no matter what, and no one is completely safe even at home coz u'd never know when the "hawan" can fall, a simple miscalculation and everything can vanish.
As Muhanned said it's going down down down day after day so I think we should just carry on the dawam, u'd never know what would happen next year!

People race against time to reach their goals. I know that u'd say it's better to wait for a year or two rather than losing ur whole life, but I think that such a life spent at homes waiting for the unknown to happen -if ever- is not worth living anyway.

Well this is very important subject that never goes out of my mind these days ..
What gonna happen to us? and how would it be next September? where would we be? how the circumstances be?
and frankly keeping these questions in mind is really driving ppl crazy ...
I think we should surrender to our destiney and accept all wut gonna happens , simply thats all we can do ...
Concerning Tina's suggestion , I guess its quite true , and they should really think in postponing the whole year if things stayed like this lasama7 Allah ...
