this is the puzzle


one day a doctor and his son had a car accident....they were both in the car,,,the car crashed....and the father (the doctor) died...the kid was transported to the ER but the surgeon said...i cant do it...he is my son!!!...so how could this be reasonable???

(although the car was a BMW but it crashed to a million peaces...like a pepsi can!)m7md7atem...take care of urself!
