Last year, dr. Hasan Al-Najjar gave us the ischaemic heart disease topic in a series of few lectures, and just before the final exams; we were able to have the digital version of the lectures, made by the doctor.

1 week before the final exam, it was on a flash disk of a friend, and that's it!
I dunno how he got it.
