I am sorry that I haven't logged into your forum recently. I ve been busy as I have started new job in Wales... I am living in London for the past three years and started to feel home sick in my remote hospital.

Its located in a city called Gwynedd in North West Wales... all the poeple there are Welsh and they have their distinct language which is completely different from English, but thanks God they know English...

Ohh.. Nice question... If you’re specialist and have the highest professional degree in profession...prepare good quality CV, have good money for annual prescription, 5 international college fellows references and that's it... It's not exam you take for this degree its honour if you have progressive personal, professional and scientific development in you chosen career.

International College of Surgeons in the States is highly esteemed college established 100 years ago and it has more than 5000 surgeons from all over the world and its chair now By professor Nady Hakim from London.

My advice to all of you... KNOWLEDGE IS POWER... concentrate on research from this stage .. try to know everything about research.. How to write and how to read and how to criticise a paper.

Believe me this which will make you stand among the crowd.. You r coming to a profession which witnessed a fierce competition, and you must know that credit is always goes to the best.
