once I was replying one of your topics I selected EMAIL NOTIFICATION OF REPLIES by mistake and the notifications are being sent 2 my e-mail over and over everytime some1 replies..........
so plz how can I cancel that ??????
by they way the topic is WHAT IF by hugelephant (very active topic) which make it worse

On the right left of the forum's window; there's My Controls

a new window opens, at the left there's the panel Subscriptions which contains the link View topics, click it so it displays a list of your subscribed topics with selection squares, select the topic u want to unsubscribe (stop receiving emails from), then click Unsubscribe.

I could have done it for you, but I wanted you and all to know about this feature and use it.
