We are so glad to offer any help for you Huasm and for everybody

and Ali already did well
I want to add few things...
I've started my courses last year with Pediatrics just like you Husam and here is what I did...
I've started by reading lectures in an order that kept coping with the cases arround me... I was in the 1st Unit so the cases were mostly Gastoreneritis and dehydration, DM, and Nephrotic Syndrome so I gave a priority for those subjects and I started reading the relevant lectures for them and then started to read the remaining subjects accordingly to fill all the gaps... Of course the clinical skills shall be gained by practicing it and presenting casesas much as you can
Try to:
-Start reading the basic lectures which you gonna be asked about all the time and by all examiners ((Vaccination, Growth & Development, Gastoeneritis(Diarrhea) & Dehydration, Feeding)) they were 10 lectures

, normal values are so importnat in everything (BR, PR, temp., blood and plasma tests..etc.).
-Choose the lectures relevant to cases found in the UNIT where you are attending your course.
-Arrange the remaining lectures according to your needs and what you feel more important than others.
-Besides lectures you can read clinical notes collections which are found at the Photo copy shops (Ma7jobiyat and others), and you won't need books that much as far as I'm concerned
I was given a good advice and I want to pass it for you all...
Present cases as much as you can and finish your lectures before the end of the course... Try to stick to it more than I did
Feel free to ask for anything you like

and Good luck
